A very floral and sweet note white tea made with tender buds and furled first leaf. The large unrolled leaves produce a light golden white liquor with sweet muscatel notes and vanilla finish. This white tea has a composition of 40% buds and 60% leaf.

Overall, a perfect cup of white tea in Bai-mudan style with the freshness of Assam.

Instructions:

• Take around 200ml of drinking water and boil to temperature of 175-185 F (80-85 C). Avoid using over boiled water or boiling in milk
• Take 1 tsp tea in an infuser
• Pour hot water into infuser and seep for 2.5-3 minutes
• Strain out leaves & enjoy the tea
