Returns & Refunds
We may or may not be accepting exchanges, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to reach out to us at email@example.com and we will try our best to address your concerns after reviewing the situation. We are looking to build a relationship with you and nurture it. Return shipping costs will be extra and will be paid by the customer. The following products shall not be eligible for exchange or replacement:
- Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
- Any product without original packaging, including the retail box
- Opened packages
