Placing an order :
Simply add as many items as you wish to in your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order – do so by going to the cart and clicking “Checkout”. Follow the instructions by providing us with the delivery information and select payment method – we will ship your package within 4-7 days. Our team is always happy to guide you at any step.
What is your shipping and delivery policy?
We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given time frame. We ship twice in a week, except weekends and public holidays. We use USPS or UPS to ship our orders within States. The shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and distance.
Where is the city/location from which items will be shipped?
We ship out from Woodstock, GA.
Do you have a brick & mortar store ?
No.
Do you sell in any other stores or sites?
No. The Mandāra products are ONLY sold from our website and/or our social media accounts, no where else.
Can I update my order?

Please feel free to reach out to us at info@themandara.com when in need depending on how to handle the cancellation – i.e., if the cancellation has come in before the item has shipped vs after.
What is the exchange policy?
We may or may not be accepting exchanges, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please feel free to reach out to us at info@themandara.com and we will try our best to address your concerns after reviewing the situation. We are looking to build a relationship with you and nurture it. Return shipping costs will be extra and will be paid by the customer. The following products shall not be eligible for exchange or replacement: Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product Any product without original packaging, including the retail box Opened packages

Do you ship internationally?
We do not ship internationally. We operate within USA, and in limited capacity with Canada.
Do you handle wholesale orders?
All our products are small batch, handcrafted and time takingly prepared. Unfortunately, we do not handle wholesale orders currently. Please reach out to us if you have any additional questions.
What is my order status?
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 3-5 business days to be fulfilled. A friendly reminder that holidays and or weekends do not count as business or working days. All packages are shipped through either USPS or UPS. If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, contact us at info@themandara.com to verify your email address.
Where can I find my order number?
With every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.
Are your products safe to be used by everyone?
Yes, most of our products are safe to be used by all age groups, skin types and genders- however, please perform a spot or patch test – especially babies. Some items like coffees, teas, facial oils are not suitable for babies. We understand the importance of skincare and believe the skin, which is the largest organ, needs to be kept very healthy as a lot of information from the outside world can be perceived through skin.
How do I store your products?
We use the best quality containers for our products. Please store them in a cool, dry place.
If you do not use preservatives in your products, is the shelf life shorter?
That is true for some of our products, especially liquids, jams and face packs. Every such product of ours has a life of 6 to 8 months once opened, when stored properly and free of contamination and water exposure. The powders however last much longer till 2 years (like our hair packs etc.) when stored properly. All our products are true/complete botanicals and are designed to enhance your daily routine.
