Shipping & Packing
We are committed to deliver your order with good quality packaging within the given timeframe. We ship throughout the week except weekends and public holidays. We use USPS or UPS to ship our orders. The shipping charges are based on the weight of the package and distance.
We will ship your package within 4-7 days. You will receive an email with order details and shipping details. Please note that once we hand over the package to the carrier, we will not be responsible for the delays caused by the carrier.
Our products are all packaged in high quality glass/acrylic containers. Each of the products is hand wrapped in paper wrap to provide safe cushioning. These are put in our custom magnetic cardboard shipment boxes, which are so beautiful that you can use it for various other storage purposes. A lot of love has gone into our packaging, and we hope you love it too. Each of our boxes is accompanied by a thank you card, printed with artwork hand drawn by our founder. We lovingly hand write your name on each of the cards as we sincerely appreciate you investing time and money to buy our products.
Please note that The Mandāra are not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by USPS or UPS
- Wrong addresses given by customers
- Damage to order by the postal service
- PO box issues
- Stolen packages after delivery
