Instructions:

• Milk tea or Chai preparation varies
• As a generic guideline, to make 1 cup of Chai, take ¼ cup water and boil. Add 1 tsp tea powder and let it boil. Add ¾ cup of milk and let it boil on low. When it starts bubbling, add 1-1.5 tsp of sugar or Jaggery and mix well. Enjoy the hot cup of tea!
