This ghee is made from milk obtained from lovingly fed water buffalos and is very creamy and rich. It is made with the conventional, traditional method of hand churning to butter and then making ghee – this method is also known as the BILONA PROCESS. Bilona is a very ancient and traditional way of making ghee, is very time consuming and every step is hand-churned or hand-processed. It is whitish in appearance and has a granular texture. It is a delight to consume our ghee.
